The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Diploma or certificate in a mechanical or technical field
Previous experience in a production environment, even brief (experience in the glass industry is a plus)
Excellent manual skills and attention to detail
Additional qualities include:

Availability to work daytime hours and in shifts is required.

We are looking for a production operator to work on our screen printing machinery.
The selected candidate will be responsible for all activities related to the machine, including:
loading and unloading materials
setting machine parameters
carrying out the screen printing process on glass
Requirements:
Experience in a production environment
Knowledge of screen printing techniques (preferred)
Willingness to learn new skills
Additional qualities:
Problem-solving mindset, strong teamwork skills, excellent organizational abilities, and initiative
Work location: Pesaro
We are looking for end-of-line quality control operators.
The selected candidates will be responsible for visually inspecting finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. This includes checking for defects and verifying compliance with the production plan.
Ideal candidate requirements:
Technical diploma (preferred)
Previous experience in a production environment, even brief (experience in the glass industry is a plus)
Excellent manual skills, attention to detail, and precision

What will be the responsibilities of the role:
The candidate will have to take care of the organization and structuring of company system processes at an industrial level, proposing development and improvement activities.
Manage the evolution and maintenance of the company’s management system.

Monitor all activities with a view to continuous improvement.
Create process layouts.
Carry out feasibility analyses and process simulations.
Optimize, supervise, and monitor the production process by collecting and analyzing data to evaluate performance.
Check compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
What are the necessary requirements for this professional opportunity:
Degree in Engineering
At least 2–3 years of experience in the management and innovation of industrial processes
Very good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The type of contract and related classification will be evaluated based on the profile.
