White LED Glass Ceramic
ILVA Glass has derived its own patent from the 4K HT technology that guarantees the perfect light transmission of all color palettes, including white, on the ceramic glass surface. ILVA Glass provides this technology by assisting designers with a specific co-design service to achieve the desired result for the client.
White LED Ceramic Glass allows for the creation of products that significantly differentiate themselves from traditional hobs with red LEDs, and which lend themselves to innovative aesthetic solutions, even with combinations of different colors, which are particularly appreciated by the public.
Ceramic Glass Hobs with White LEDs are available in both standard and large formats, for induction, radiant, gas, hybrid, or integrated hood applications. Indeed, all processing techniques can also be applied to this type of ceramic glass sheet.
The Ceramic Glass for Colored LED use has a particularly hard composition to prevent scratching (for example, due to the friction of pots on the surface), while its high resistance to chemical agents allows for the use of normal detergents.
The identification of the cooking zones and controls is achieved through one or more graphics with various colors. The graphics are permanent over time and stain-resistant, as they are made with enamels whose durability is guaranteed and not subject to wear from abrasion or chemical agents typical of the kitchen environment.
The controls on the Hobs are capacitive touch controls, and user interaction is ensured by multi-colored LEDs, which indicate power-on, burner intensity, hood suction speed, cooking timers, etc. To fully fulfill this function, ILVA Glass’s ceramic glass has chemical, physical, and electrical characteristics specifically optimized for the transmission of infrared light and visible light, ensuring excellent visibility and definition of symbols and numbers.
